To find Java Team Lead for new no-name project in 3 days is possible!
New project of large Swiss insurance company contacted us to create new client web platform.
We had the task to gather and form team of IT specialists in Lviv.
To attract qualified IT staff to company, that is unknown to the Ukrainian labor market, is really difficult task.
Besides, frequent absence of the project manager in the country did not allow for quick feedback.
We urgently needed to find an independent Team Lead able to take decisions, independently create project team and wisely distribute tasks between its members.
And, last but not least, the candidate had to be technically literate and able to write own code.
Without wasting time for publishing vacancies and long waiting period for feedback, we prepared list of possible questions and objections of candidates, and began active search for the necessary personnel within first hours of the project.
Within first 2 days we worked through over 500 of required specialists, and discussed details with 183 Team Leads.
As soon as on the 3rd day we found and submitted for the customer’s consideration one candidate, who, based on the results of the interview, was suitable for the position of Java Team Lead.
Thus, we finished the task of our customer beyond his expectations and gathered young and effective IT team for the project, which successfully operates till today.
